What kind of Video cards were the Cyber Cafe's using, and how did they perform on the visual's you had activated?

they were obviosly using crappy cards usally are at these places whenever i go to a cafe they have the worst cards and systems

I was surpise that the cc i went had a pretty good rig. All ran 9800 pros. Ran lovely without any slowdowns. Settings were at high. Not sure about aa and af.
