Damn You, Popups! Damn You!

No, not ordinary internet pop-ups that spring up when you go to certain sites; Mozilla blocks 'em. No, I'm talking about these damned spyware popups, that activate when you load a webpage with certain words on them (I'm not sure, but i think 'cheating' is one of them). They pop-up when i load a server on both CS or DM, when the title page thingy pops up (You know, the one that states the rules of the server, info about the server, Situation, CT or T choices etc). They then alt-tab me out of the game, and if i let them load cause extensive lag. Spybot and Adaware don't work. Any ideas?

Have you tried microsoft's antispyware? As well as hijackthis?

Also, be sure to run it all when in safemode.
