Damned hint book spoiled the gman completely - spoiler tags

So I've got this little hint book with the retail version that describes the characters etc, thought I'd give it a quicj read.

For those that don't know who the gman is yet, don't read. And I quote:

You won't (at least not in HL2). I beat the game and this isn't addressed in any way.

I was reading character profiles on a website and it listed Friend or Enemy. Next to Mossman it said unknown. GASP. Since then I have had that in my mind.

You could figure that out after they posted the trailer of him talking in e3, hes either robotic or alien, compared to other characters its just common sense that he isnt human. At first I thought they were generating the voices through source (to match up with the facial expressions easier) which made it sound wierd, but the other characters werent like that so the only other explanation is that he isnt human

Personally I hadn't thought about it that much, hence I'm quite annoyed. Had enough spoilers as it is from various other sources...
