DDR3 Memory

I'm going to build a new PC soon and I'm thinking about whether it be worth waiting a bit longer for DDR3 memory? DDR3 is still expensive at the moment but is the difference between DDR2 worth it overall? I would like to build a new PC now but I guess I could hold out a little longer. When will prices be expected to drop making it low enough to justify the upgrade?

They say there is no noticible difference and that it includes these super turbo fast hard drives.
