de_nuke bugs

Has anyone else seen these bugs occuring on de_nuke. I got shot by someone I couldn't see who was inside a supposedly solid box.







Would have posted on valves forums but I can't validate my account beacause they didn't send me an email so I can't post and I can't make a new account easily thanks to them.

My problem is...

since the DE-Nuke update, CSS is constantly crashing after 10 Minutes and throws me back to the Desktop, thx Valve another GJ! :sniper:

This is not the only map you can do this, who really cares? Thanks for showing people how to exploit the map, you sir are the idiot, now there will be exploiters doing this.

Ranting won't solve your problem, go over to steampowered forums and look for a fix......

Theres another metal box if you go left on the last picture and go to the stairs you can hide inside, the door that leads into A gets stuck easily and can be impossible to open and the boxes that leads up onto the roof of the little house in A is hard to jump up on. After this update when people that I am following, when spectating or dead, are shooting the gun doesnt kick back correctly, and when they reload I hear the sound but it doesnt show the animation.

The alarm that goes off when the bomb explodes are cool.

i get a crappy framerate on de_nuke too, granted i have my settings maxed out and hdr on, but with an amd 64 X2 4400+ and 7800GT OC i think i should be able to handle that easily

People were exploiting it already. How long do you think it could be kept a secret? There were plenty of people on the server this occured on. They all saw this happening. Do you think they are going to keep it a secret in the interests of the wider CS:S community?

I hope the visitors to this forum aren't stupid or lame enough to start using an exploit. :angel:

I went on de_nuke again and its not doing it so maybe it only happens sometimes or when certain things are on or something.

While I did have a go at Valve, I am happy they remake of a classic map but I wish they would remove the bugs in their maps quickly and also didn't have to make me find a strange way to make a new account.

If you change your HDR settings, you should quit the game totally before going on another map. Newbie me was lowering settings and then going on non HDR maps and still getting fps of 20.

Turn off HDR on it. Helps a lot with FPS (about tripled it for me)

Just like me. I have the same card he does, and it doesn't come with HDR.

its not a constant crappy fps it will run at about 100 and then all of a sudden dip down to 20 for a split second and then back to 100. Its not even in intense situations, it just randomly happens. It really pisses me off, i should be able to run it with graphics settings maxed out plus HDR with the specs i have.*anger*
