Deactivating Weather

How can you turn off the Weather, it really lags my comptuer on Aztec. if u can please tell me how it would be greatly appreciateD!!!!!!

I just noticed the rain in aztec today. As far as I know, I only increased the shader detail. You may not be able to remove it without decreasing all the shaders.
