looks like a pretty good time (hope there are lotsa stuff to keep it fresh though, dont wanna get sick of beating zombies to death...if thats even possible)

I think that the power of 360 lets the zpmbie genre take on a different feel (a feel more like, shit everyones a zombie, not o no if i go into a room there are 3 or 4 like games now). I want the feel of Romeros movies in the game, desperation against vastly outnumbering (but stupid and slow) enemies.

you see a good set of weapons (i laughed at the golf club bit) check out the vid, i have 360 preordered and this game looks like itll be mindless fun :cheers: I think it'll be a solid game (and a really amazing experience beacuse it'll be one of our first looks at next gen technology in action), but i think that if they implement Co-op it will be AMAZING. either way, i look forward to chasing zombies down with a sword

agreed, i forgot how awesome that part of the video was (though i still have a soft spot for that golf ball kill, lol, tiger woods meets resident evil) i hope that the spirit of the game is a little light hearted (think bruce campbell) but thats just me, i think that the demo showed it might be

I'm very much getting a sense of light-heartedness, and that's what makes it great. Faceplanting zombies, whacking metal buckets on their heads... it's all good.

but i hardly think that Capcom would let its Next Gen Debut be something that gets tiring after 20 minutes, and i hate to say it, but you are pretty stupid for thinking that.

When I say 20 mins I meant that for the average human. For a consoler it will be hours upon hours of entertainment.

I've been an zombie flick fan for years and can't wait for this Dead Rising is Evil Dead in video game form, and looks to be shaping up nicely.

Capcom are my favourite developer at the moment, if anyone can make this game work it will be them.

It should keep us stoopid consolers happy for a while.
