dead terrorist prop

Hey anyone know if I could place a dummy dead terrorist in my map at the CT spawn so it looks like a guard they've just killed before the round starts?

I've got an awesome idea for a map, will post concept sketches to get feedback.

a prop_ragdoll should work if you could make it what you wanted to look like (which I'm unsure of how to do)

also, in de train terrorist spawn there is a brutally slain civvy guard :naughty:

hm if you make an ragdoll can you change the look of its face ?
