Does anyone else have a Razer Deathadder? I need help to decide if it is defective or if it's just inherently flawed.
I wanted a deathadder mouse for about a year and finally got one. This thing is really fantastic, except I don't like the mouse wheel. The wheel is excessively stiff, which after a week, I'm starting to get used to (still don't like it).
Here's the problem though, there is one point on the wheel where one click upwards registers as two movements. So if I'm scrolling through documents, about once every 360 degrees, it will skip through 2 documents.
I guess it's defective, but if it isn't deemed defective by the website I bought it from, then I will be charged money and the thing will be sent back to me.
If someone has a Deathadder, can you let me know if you have a similar problem with the mouse wheel?
Thanks.
