I just got HL2 and it was working fine for the first couple days but now when i try and connect to Steam I get the error:
Debug Assertion Failed

(Press Retry to debug the application - JIT debugging must be enabled)
Abort Retry Ignore
I looked at Valve's website and it said I needed to uncheck some compability thing under steam properties but it was already unchecked.
