You should really make an effort to explain to those who don't know what your mod is or about. Many people wont bother going to the trouble of jumping through hoops for a mod team. So you need to give a good clear discription, examples of what your looking for. SELL your mod to potentional talent. Afterall, their doing it for free, give them a reason to.
