Dedicated Server not on list?

it seems that whenever i make a dedicated server that it only appears on the list when the option Has users playing is not checked even though people are playing in it.

Any ideas?

Number one, everyone knows that it doesn't connect every time you try to make a server. you know that little bug.
SECOND DUMBASS! look at the console. you will see some IPs in there if it connects.
