Dedicated server problems

I’m trying to setup a dedicated server on my PC so that I can host HL2DM games but I’m not having much luck.

I have downloaded, installed and setup/configured Source Dedicated Server. When it didn’t work, i.e. no outside computers could see my server, I figured that I had to forward some ports, tho I’m not entirely sure I have configured it properly. I’m using a Billion BIPAC-7402 and have (I think) set it up to forward the following ports:

UDP 1200 (Friends Network)
UDP 27000 to 27015 (Gameport)
UDP 27020
TCP 27030 to 27039
TCP: 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)

I say I’m not sure I configured port forwarding properly is because after forwarding the port I tried updating the HL2DM server listing and my server still didn’t appear.

I’m not sure if this has anything to do with my server not being publicly assessable, but when ever I change the map I get errors like this:

Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.
Executing dedicated server config file
Error reading weapon data file for: weapon_citizensuitcase
Error reading weapon data file for: weapon_citizenpackage
Error reading weapon data file for: weapon_bugbait
Error reading weapon data file for: weapon_annabelle
couldn't exec server.cfg

Am I missing something? Is there something that I have not configured/setup properly? Does anyone know what the problem/solution is? What’s the best way to setup a server, a listen or dedicated server? Are there any good guides on setting up a server because I cant seem to find any. BTW I have never run a server before so I don’t have any idea what the problem is.

I have downloaded and installed srcds. I have settup a static IP and port fowarding so i think that is ok.

The problem now is that srcds doesn't want to work. I have setup a server.cfg file which is in:
C:\srcds\hl2mp\cfg

I have created a shortcut and used the switches:
C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game hl2mp +map dm_overwatch -maxplayers 4 -autoupdate

But whenever I run the program I get a whole bunch of errors (see what I mean here: http://www.versus.f2o.org/non_site_imgs/wtfgrr.gif) and it just sits on the command window doing nothing.

I thought I followed everything right but it seems I havent, any help would be greatly appreciated... it's giving me the shits.
