The PS2 edition of Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly came with a notice on the inside front cover of the instruction manual advising consumers that "a very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights." The notice also tells users to stop playing immediately if they experience specific symptoms of epilepsy, and to consult a physician before resuming play.

or maybe they dont know how to read

I don't see how they have a case at all.

Then again, this is the US we're talking about.

Woh woh now... I'm tryin to shop spree here... I don't have time to read labels.

I've been looking at that damn label for like 5-6 years wondering how often that actually happens. ****ing idiots...

Seriously though, her INFANT? No comment.

They had a warning on the box. That should automatically absolve them of any wrong doing.

Furthermore, the mom should be fined for letting an "infant" play a PS2...

they should have fines for stupidity without mental disorder.

Well careful now. The notice label was on the INSIDE of the MANUAL. Not on the outside of the box. Whens the last time you read warnings in the manual?

Well, ideally it should be on the box label. But just because most people don't read manuals doesn't mean that's a valid excuse.

It's like blowing up your neighbor's yard accidentally because you didn't think you needed to read the instructions for a gas barbecue. It just means you're retarded.

Despite the tragedy of the grand-mal seizure, the woman should simply be entitled to a refund for the game. It's regrettable, but she really should have read the manual.

i had an epileptic seizure once

...in neverland

that means i've never had one. ever

so...iran ayy. stealing our sailors

how the hell my tread go down so quickly?

this story make no sense whatsoever ...Infant means baby ..my 3 year old doesnt have the manual dexterity to play a video game how was an infant, by definition less than a year old, able to play? on that grounds alone this case will be thrown out because no judge in their right mind would try a case where the defendant wasnt even involved in the activity that supposedly led to the seizure
