Defrag.exe

Hey guys, only recently whenever I go idle for a little bit away from my computer to watch tv or somethin, i will here my computer doing something, and when i come back and check taskmanager, Defrag.exe will be running and shutdown as soon as I go into task manager.. Ive searched on google for somethin like this, but couldnt really find anything that helped me out too much... i decided to come here to ask you guys why its starting to do this now, and if you guys know what I can do to stop it, its really anoyying. Thanks guys.. and by the way, im running Windows Xp. SP2

Theres a setting in windows, and maybe norton antivirus that will start defragging your computer once your idle. If you have norton Id check through the options and whatnot and see if you can find it.

i looked through my norton and didnt find anything about defragging, and i dont know where to look for the problem in windows.. thanks for the idea, im gonna start lookin for the option in windows.. anyone know where it is?
