both around 20~ inches.

i have no idea which is better and which to get.

People tellin me 2001fp is super good and the best lcd. But i dont see the point in spending an extra 400~ dollars when the dimaondtron offers higher resolution and is the same size.

any reason why i would take the 2001fp over the diamondtron?(i dont care about saving space)

oh and by the ways diamondtron has 85 refresh rate at 1600x1200 so dont do the whole "lcd is smoother for eyes" discussion.

id take whichever offers the best gaming performance, which apparantly is the diamondtron.

although id take an crt over an lcd anyday.

i think the 2001fp is slightly more vibrant and bright and sharper+smoother

but nothin astonishingly different. worth 400 more? not sure.

ill have to go to best-buy to compar if 400 bones for slight imagine quality is worth it.

WHOA... its 400 dollars MORE?

if you can afford it.. man i wouldent even if i could afford it. no monitor should have 400 dollars more worth of quality. unless its got some serious advantages (toaster, does your homework etc) i would seriously not get it. upgrade your graphics card or something.

yah the diamondtron is around 500 and the 2100fp is around 900.

people on several forums brag about their "l337 21 dell LCD ownage" but i just dont get whats so awesome about paying extra.

id think they have insanely good image quality for a flat screen. you should definatly try the 2 out (like you said at bestbuy) before you choose.

ill compare them both and see if the myth or rumor is true. which i doubt.

A dell product at a Best Buy, interesting...
