Demo's, How to make em?¿?

Hey, any of you guys know the console command to record demo's in source?

and could you hook me up with some other commands?

record - recores demo
stop - stops demo
demoui - brings up demo player

cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 101 (make lower then cmdrate if you get choke/loss)
rate 25000 (Leave at 25000 always) (Some servers only allow 20000 but it doesnt matter just leave it at 25000)
cl_rate 9999 (leave this at 9999 always)

net_graph 3 (1-3) (Brings up your ping choke loss fps info)
net_graphpos 2 (1-3) (position of net_graph)


Lower your rates (cmd/update) by 3-5's if your getting choke/loss till it stops.
