Dept. of Homeland (In)Security has ties with Steam?

Okay, so basically I got online real quick, started up steam, and as SOON as it was logged in (Immediately) I got offline again and left steam on. THen it gave me the popup notification asking to let steam go online (which ISP do you want to connect to, blah blah blah steampowered.net is trying to access blah blah) and I hit cancel... It gave me another one of htose though, and I read it, and it said the same thing about www.dhs.gov. Okay, what I want to know is, what the hell does the Department of Homeland Security have to do with Steam? I cheked to see if any of my other programs were involved in it, and it couldn't have been anything else as I had everything else closed and disconnected.

WTF mate? ^^
