Why would you not be welcomed?

Feedback!! Man, I've put so much effort into it. Drawing it, creating the details and actually putting it up on the net... plus the photosho work. sigh... feedback please, what do you guys think about it? T -T

Looks very much like an Unreal Skaarj, but it's still very nice.

Doesn't matter what you think, it's what other people see..

Not to annoy because you can clearly draw, but the arms are way too short and the muscles need redefined for bi-lateral arrangement since the model is bi-lateral in skeletal layout.

I hope you take this critisism in good faith because apart from that your drawing is fine.

Cheers

I thank you! This is the kind of comment I wanted. I know that the perspective way off and it's very sketch. And mucle part, this guy's wearing an armour. For arms I couldn't think of suitable gear or plate for them. But I like the way it turned out. =)

Hey, I'm so glad you're up for honest critism whereby so many aren't. More power too you Se7en. :D

On an armour note, the thing to think about (if you're male that is and your models are also) is what has already been and what has already been successful. Chest plates spring to mind as do groin plates, and they are still employed today albeit in Kevlar form. Helmets of course, but it's the less usual stuff that provides 'extra' protection. i.e arms & legs. Hands & feet always need protection which leaves the forearms & legs for some serious unusual modifications.

HTH & Good Luck

That's some great work my fellow Canadian. I like the way that everything blends together so it appears that the soldier and the clothing/armour are one. Very detailed and also in great proportion. I want to see more.

everything looks class, except for his left arm. said before, I know, but It's way too short. promising drawing, however....wan't to see more.

i still fail to see the skaarj resemblance, all that shit on his mouth is cloth thats covering it up, not a weird mangled alien face...

I think he meant this kind of skarrj:

I've never seen this before, it looks alright tho. My idea was to create a comebine soldier that can withstand all the heat and sand in desert... well like I said, it's just a rough concept sketch.. ;)

It's just the way the thick, wide neck looks like that of a Skaarj. I didn't say he copied it, I just said there were similarities. Jeeze.
