Desktop Toys?

Anyone know of some great, enjoyable desktop toys that are free and spyware/adware free?

I remember years ago, I used to play with some desktop toys on my computer, and they included robots and other military weapons to blast up your desktop and do all sorts of crazy fun things. Hehe.

I loved those things years ago, I could put termites on my desktop and the nsmash them with a hammer when I didn't want them anymore...

Or I could set them on fire or attack them paint guns, although I never really used the termites...
