I think Glenn posted a news thingy on this a while back. It's an interesting little programme, a mix of ModDB and Steam. I got an activation code for it for the Humble Bundle 2 and I thought I'd try it out. There are only a couple of indie games on sale but the real thing about it is the mod integration. It has mod support for the following games:
Half-Life
Half-Life 2
Crysis
Unreal Tournament 3
and a few more.
Where you can pick a mod for the list and install it straight to your game. The selection is unfortunately quite limited right now. There are only 19 mods for HL2, 7 mods for HL1 and 1 mod for Crysis and only support for a few games. I originally thought that all ModDB mods would be available (it's tied to ModDB, if you have an account in one you have an account in the other) but it seems they have to be submitted to this separately so I guess mods that are no longer active will never get on it and it'll only do well if more people start to support it. So go try it out.
Those of you who have the Humble Bundle 2 and have a CD key have no excuse. You'll get a new way to redeem four of your games (I know you have two already but another one won't hurt).
Also for those of you who wanted to try out Ennui's Half-Life 2: Wars mod can install it through this as well as Half-Life: Short Stories which a number of people on this forum have worked on as well as some other well known mods like Sven Co-op, Firearms: Source (is that the evil one or the good one?), Jailbreak (robots versus dinosaurs) and Nightmare House 2. Go do it!
