Getting ripped/gipped is when you lose money for having bought something you can get somewhere else for cheaper. In your case--you've rushed and you didn't wait for the coupons, so you ended up paying more for your PC. Once you've made the payment, you can't use coupons. There's nothing more to dicuss regarding this matter, not to mention it doesn't belong in this forum.
