Did you know?...

Ok, how about that part about what a $1000 computer will do in 2049. Given that in 2049, $1000 will be worth $87~ I find such predictions highly suspect.

Besides, no one knows the "computational speed" of our brains, because they don't work like computers. They don't process instructions, they follow defined paths, created when we learn things.

I'm still waiting for the ****ing flying car.

Shit... by 2010 technology information will be doubling every 3 days?!?!?

In 2049, computers will still have trouble opening the start menu while running more than 2 programs.

I doubt most of it will be useful, meaingful technology. Companies and people are creating all sorts of stupid stuff. Only a fraction of it really concerns me, and the rest being stuff I don't know about.

wow! Did you know that if you top 25% of the gayest people in china, there would be more than the entire population of the US!

Or the top 25% of the shortest, or the dumbest, or the whatever!

Because the US population is less than one quarter of china's! No way!

Impossible. Nobody could have more gay people than America.
