...that all sprays you have ever seen on a server are saved here (without *.vmt files):
\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<USERNAME>\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\temp

To view the files just use this tool : VTF Explorer
Wright the *.vmt files and now you can use the sprays.

Update: Just google "VTF Explorer" and first link should it be....
