Different Name Fonts

I have been searching for over 1 hour now and cannot find any information about changing your name and using ascii or special characters, i have seen many people using these and would like to know if anyone has any information on how to do this.

Is there anybody out there that can help me with a link on this matter?

What's the char map exe name - i dont think you can get to it that way in ME, XP?
