Digital tuners and DRM fun

So ATI/AMD has a digital TV tuner that will use a cable card. You need the proper certified PC. It won't be custom built but will be from a brand name manufacturer (Dell, HP etc). Then you have to get the cable company to come out and install the cable card. You need Vista Home Premium or Ultimate and get to do a Windows XP-like activation. Joy...
What a hassle, all so the cable companies can have some control. :\
