looks pre-rendered to me, (all 3 screens), but hell, you never know! seriously, if this stuff is realtime, then its pretty ****ing impressive. But I doubt it, and no haha the first screens does not look like concept art. (don't know where dudes get the impression that all good looking stuff is ConceptArt, cuz CA is rarely pretty. could be promo shots tho, wich are prerendered stuff touched up in photoshop a little with photorecourced material etc.)

anyway, doubt its realtime, but damn I wish it would be so.

Can't say I'm a fan on RE, but I saw screenies of RE4, and hell, they looked awesome.
