Comcast bought techtv because their ratings were better than g4's... MAYBE IT'S CAUSE THEY HAVE A BETTER CHANNEL! they completely butchered the chanel, too... i can barely find a TechTV program besides the screen savers, xplay, and unscewed

my tivo records all the old episodes cuz g4 decided to run every single one over again, and stupid box cant tell its an old show when its on a different channel.

I have Sky...Over here there is Cable, done by NTL, or you can get Sky (sattelite) from the company, funnily enough, called Sky.

There are hundreds of channels, and i suppose for what you pay it isnt amazing but its alright. We have a moderate package with half the Sky Movie channels, all the documentary channels etc and all the "entertainment" channels. There are also a lot of pay-per-view film channels called, Box Office. They show recent films every fifteen minutes, which is nice but you can't record them as it sends a signal through which makes the picture funny if your VCR is turned on. However, i believe if you feed it through your PC you can....Heh, my friend who seems to know everything about this kind of thing, and he isn't even a geek, has found out the code engineers use on the box to view all the channels for testing....So basically he has every channel but it only works for 20 minutes at a time before you have to re-enter it.

Yeah, G4 definitely sucks.

They totally ruined it like Hunter said. The ratings are crap, and they just talk about 3 reasons why they like it and why they don't. The camera angles look really bad that they shoot at. (Makes the "hosts" look like their leaning to the right) and they have practically NO microphone. The only mic is on the effing camera, so they have to talk LOUD....

X-Play is 10x better. TSS is better, but its re-runs...I want to see Eye Drops...
