DirectX 9.0c Official?

I was just wondering if DX 9.0c has been officially released or if it was just included in the "beta" of SP2? I searched for this topic and I didn't really find anything...

If it has been officially released can someone give me a link? Cause I guess it's supposed to have a noticable performance increase... Has anyone using it had any problems? Thanks.

I haven't had any problems with it, I think it increased performance in Morrowind, in one part I used to get about 30FPS on 2xAA and now I get 30FPS on 4xAA, that may be because of the beta 4.8 drivers.

Yeah Microsoft has a link now on their direct x page, you can now download 9.0c and you don't need the sp2 beta.

Do I need to uninstall DX 9.0b? Or just run the new installer?
