DirectX 9.1 and DirectX 9.0c

Ok I have a few questions. Has anyone heard about the DirectX 9.1? So far I have read about it and its Between Nvidia and Microsoft and they are developing it so that the FX cards get a 60% Increase in Shader power! Yah 60%! lol . Thats what the articles have been saying. I want to know if any of you know about it or when it is coming out.

Secondly, DirectX 9.0c is out. What is this? Can you tell if you already have it? I know i have a 9 but I dont know if its a,b or c. Does it really matter? This isn't 9.1 though right?

It is DX9.0c which they speak of. And please notice the date on your link.
DX9.1 is more marketing. DX9.1 is not real.

Yes I know the date. But its new to me >.< I dont know too much about computers thats why I'm here asking

So DX 9.0c is the one thats supposed to help the FX cards? Or is that fake?
