DirectX9 SDK

I installed DirectX9b SDK and I want to use the directX libraries with VB .NET but the only one that works is Imports MDX9Lib.Direct3D. Microsoft.DirectX and Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D doesn't exist. The last time I did DirectX with VB was with DirectX8 and Visual Basic 6. So what have changed? Do I have to add another component?

i think the only difference is that they have added more functions, and fixed bugs...

Och an by the way, the latest directx is 9.0c
