Disc Detector...

Some games my disc drive detects, some it doesn't. As of right now it will not detect Pandora Tomorrow. I've looked for errors and problems that people have at their website and have found none. I think i need that disc detector program found in control panel, but for some reason ever since i reformatted a few weeks ago, it's gone? So i have no idea what to do, any ideas?

same thing happens to me, it doesnt auto detect any cds for me..and i cant fix the settings to change it..

you could try updating your firmware for the drive... also Microsoft has a program that allows you to change settings like autodetct and whatnot...
Just wish I could remember the name for it
