Sorry if this has already been discussed.
I've been reading through all the threads about game crashes & error messages, but can't find much information on the problem i'm experiencing. I have purchased a retail copy of the game (which i'm starting to regret now) which turned out to be the DVD-ROM version that is only available in the UK. The game installed & unlocked perfectly, but when I try to play it I get the error:
Unable to authenticate original disk within time limit.
It's getting really anoying now (especially after a year of waiting) as i've had the game for over a day and still can't play it!!! :frown:
PLEASE can somebody help?
