display problem -- widescreen to normal

i set my screen in settings to widescreen 9:10? and my monitor said no signal, how do i put it back to normal in console command?

my gfx card is working fine cuz i tried it with doom 3

P.S i tried deleting config.cfg & directory of username, makes no difference..

kk m8 follow this:

1) make sure source is shut
2) go to your steam games list
3) right click Counter-Strike : Source
4) Go to properties
5) Launch options
6) type in -window
7) restart source

Doing this will open sourc ein a window so u can do your gfx settings etc just rememeber to remove -window when ur done
