.dll error after LC Update

Update goes up to 99% and then this. It then automatically exits.

I can not validate my files, and deleting .blog also does not work. Deleting the steamclient.dll makes it error on the next .dll. Short of re-installing STEAM (which I assume forces me to re-download everything), what should I do?
