Not by me and I have no idea who made it. Highly playable but ugly version of a Rats map. Too dark, but it defaults to matt_fullbright. Despite the look, it's very fun to play.

Just got off a server. It's actually not too dark. Nice map. Try it. The gameplay is very good. Excellent placement of items.
