Do many people play DoD:S

Hey i was going to buy, Day of Defeat. But was wondering if many people play it, and do many people play on australian servers.

It's got a fair share of dedicated people to ensure there's always decent sized games to join. It is a good game in my opinion. Not as virile as CS but in ways that's a good thing. Something different can be better.

I highly reccomend it...there are plenty of servers to play on, and a lot of really great communities. For some reason, people who play DOD:S are a lot nicer and more tight knit. It's a cool thing.

i'm conflicted - I've recently been trying it out in a net cafe and while it's good and everything I tend to play mg alot (as support gunner is my natural play class in most games) but it's just too easy
All I have to do is play smart, stay behind decent cover and then stand in the same position for minutes if not the entire round just twitching the mouse
It's just not as challenging as BF2 for example - I need someone to convince me one way or the other
