Do you belive in Bigfoot and/or Nessie?

Well, there's always a possibility they exist.. But no, probably not.

I believe in Ogopogo.
Well...at least I did. I remember swimming in the lake and didn't find anything. I didn't swim very far because I was freaked out.

No, but I believe in the yeti. I go backpacking with them from time-to-time.

Dammit, you got me! :p

:naughty: If they do exist, they probably died sometime ago.

I'm pretty sure Nessie doesn't exist. I'm equally skeptical about Bigfoot as well.

I believe that Big Foot pic and footage was proved to be fake. Earlier this year, a man confessed on television for being the one in the Big Foot suit.

Heh, nope.

If you believe in those might as well believe in the tooth fairy and santa clause as well.

I read in a book that a man gave a scientific name for the Lock Ness monster. Then, the name turned out to be a message with the letters re-arranged. I believe it said something like, "A hoax by ....".
I could be wrong though.

Yeah, both the Bigfoot and the Nessie pictures are proven fake.
I really don't think Nessie is real, and not Bigfoot either. Although it's more likely that Bigfoot is eal than Nessie.

There is NO way that there is a animal that large remaining undiscovered in north America. Especially with how many people go looking for it.

What DOES exist is the Yeti. They found a arm a few years back. I think they are trying to claim its a bear leg now, but its kind of odd that they would initially mistake a bear leg for a yeti arm.

;( Thanks. You ruined my christmas. ;(

Edit/ What is nessie?. Heard of Bigfoot from the film and no, i dont think it exsists. Though it could of, but it would of died like any other living thing.

My old science teacher had half the class going (including me ) that a Haggis lived on our football pitch in the tree's. He even took us out one lesson to see if we could find evidence. It was a classic... for him :( (for those that have never heard of Haggis, its a traditional scottish meal. I think?)

No. I don't. The whole concept seems off to me...

I believe in Nessie..but I don't believe in Bigfoot. :O

the pacific north west is a lot more dense than a lot of us believe. its possible, but not probable, that bigfoot may exist. and where did you hear about the yeti arm?

"Nessis" exists for sure...a scientist has been researching him for some time now, hes just a large serpent....but very shy.

Yes. Both.

Yowies, for us here in Australia, as mentioned above. The aboriginals had legends of them ages before us white folk got here. Supposedly there was a sort of war between the two species, which the aboriginals, being smarter (and having better weapons) won, but you still find Yowies in the bush (most of the bushland in Oz remains unexplored). They're supposed to be a little shorter and more potbellied than your usual yankee Bigfoot, though.

Then you've got the Loch Ness monster. I reckon that it did exist some time in recent history, but it's probably been stressed to death by now, poor thing. But do you want to know an interesting thing? The aboriginal tribes of Australia have legends concerning water monsters, too... and I saw a VERY old cave painting once, referring to an old water monster that used to live in a river... this painting, dating from before the Europeans arrived in Australia, was of a Plesiosaur (SP?). I'd know the shape anywhere.

There are also the Thylacines around here (not the ones in Tasmania, the MAINLAND ones, which were supposed to have become extinct thousands of years ago), the Yarri, which is a sort of "extinct" marsupial lion which gets seen occasionally, the Globster, which NOBODY seems to be able to identify (though it might be a sort of giant squid or octopus), and the Bunyip, which might be some sort of freshwater seal...

I sincerely doubt a creature such as that could hide for this long.

I grew up in the pacific northwest too.

Of course it's always remotely possible, but until physical evidence is presented I see no reason to accept it as true.

Neo I believe... =P

I don't believe in Nessie, maybe one day they should drain the lake or somthing

I don't believe in Bigfoot. It is like me running around in a were-wolf suit and people thinking I am actually a were-wolf...

I sorta believe in the Yeti...
