Do you eat animals' guts?

I eat pig's liver, intestines, heart, lungs, kidneys, bladder and brain. Also chicken's. Of course I cooked them thoroughly before I eat them.

I only eat guts if i need to, otherwise i'll just eat the meat.
If i was gonna eat liver i'd have to be careful cos i already have a fair amount of Vit A so wouldn't wanna overdose, it builds up in your system.
Currently on about 200-300%rda...anymore would start to be dangerous.

Sausage, bologna, and hot dog type products.

That is basically all edible but not 'prime' cuts such as the guts processed into a surprisingly very good tasting meat product.

The more valuable cuts are sold individually.

Well if you're out in a forest with no food you want all the nutrition you can get.
Almost nothing on an animal should go to waste.

Everthing can be used, bones for making tools, hooks e.t.c, skin for clothing, water storage e.t.c even the stomach contents/waste can be used as fish bait due to its strong smell.
