Do you open up threads just to read what the closing mod said?

I think I may lurk too much, so this question goes out to the lurkers of hl2.net.

I do, and oftentimes I'm disappointed with the closing comments. Sometimes mods just give a sentence or a "Time for a close," "This has gone on long enough," etc.
