I do, picking can trigger them, but most usually a tiny knock on the side of the nose, or a huge sneeze, damn annoying. When i was younger i was on a bouncy castle and some kid did a flying jump at my face and knocked me flat out good. But on topic i pick yes, not often though.

Yeah, I had it before. I could put a finger in my nose for a split-second and a wave of blood would rush out (and I mean it), pretty disturbing as I sometimes pick my nose "automatically". :|

It's gone now though thankfully.
