You can find out how to build anything on the internet, any weapon, bomb, etc.

The problem is getting the materials. Like Adrien said, weapons grade plutonium. Not exactly sold on the common market or easy to make like black powder or other things.

Besides... even if we knew how to make one, you'd still need uranium... which none of us can get our hands on, so the ability to make a bomb with no fuel is useless.
