I don't think so. And I hope they don't. But if it's the last game in the series they'll make then they might show his face.

No, but they'll make it look like you will. He's trying to remove the helmet and... it's stuck! He starts to spit out curses and then the credits.

that would be great. And now if they do it, you can sue them for stealing your idea

I have an almost contemptuous amount of apathy for the answer to this question.

In other words, who cares?

who cares about anything? what's the point of discussing anything on message boards anyway? no one cares

Here it is!!!! It was leaked a few hours ago. :)

I wouldnt think that they would, at least not as an obvious thing. But maybe during a cutscene or something you can catch a glimpse of his face.

Won't happen.

That's part of the illusion of Master Chief. They never show his face, so you could imagine yourself in the suit cause you haven't seen his face otherwise.

It would suck if they did.

It would ruin the MC's mystique.

It's never going to happen.

I'm not going to answer that. :dozey:

He's never going to remove the helmet.

They showed Darth Vaders face, they showed predators face.

Therefore they will show Master Chiefs face.

Right. But those two were evil.

What if MC loses the suit and we get the he-she surprise of this decade?? (80s had Samus, 90s had The Crying Game, 00s has Master Chief??)

Nah. The voice is far too deep for him to be a chick. That would a pointless twist for the sake of having a pointless twist.

Right. But those two were evil.

No they weren't.

Darth Vader went back to the light side, and Predator hunted for sport, and only did it against people with weapons (They would make efficient police).

BTW, he's probably alien

I highly doubt this will be the last HALO, microsoft will continue to whore out this game long after bungie is done with it imo.

Nop they can't, if they do, then he must be something like superman character:

black hair, thick eyebrows, blue eyes not sure on this one

hehehe :D

They won't show his face, but I'll be damned if Master Chief doesn't Goatse the camera at LEAST once.

The Master Chief is a SPARTAN-II Super Soldier, a biologically-enhanced and cybernetically-augmented commando. Extensive surgical alteration coupled with a rigorous lifelong training regimen has resulted in Master Chief being significantly stronger than even the strongest natural human, and his strength and fighting ability are further augmented by the advanced MJOLNIR battle armor he wears. In the books, the SPARTANs were originally assigned to the task of putting down rebels and insurgents within the United Nations Space Command; when the powerful alien empire known as the Covenant attacked, the Chief and his fellow SPARTANs had a priority shift.

According to Bungie Studios, the Master Chief stands 7 feet tall and weighs approximately 'half a metric ton' in full battle armor (2.13 meters and 500 kilograms).[1] He is approximately forty-one years old at the time of the events of Halo: Combat Evolved.[2] Between Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, the Chief's armor is upgraded from MJOLNIR Mark V to Mark VI. Both iterations of the armor include a helmet with a reflective visor so the face of the Chief is never seen. In spite of this, he is seen removing his helmet once in each game, the camera angle always concealing his face from the player. The novels describe Master Chief out of armor as a tall, ghostly pale man with short military-style hair, freckles, and a blank yet sorrowful expression. Master Chief is voiced by Steve Downes in both Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, and Downes has been confirmed to be returning for Halo 3.[citation needed]

John (Master Chief) was born in 2511 and spent the first part of his childhood on the human colony planet Eridanus 2 where he lived with his family. John was large for his age at the time, approximately a foot above his school peers, a sign of a "perfect genetic match" for a project dubbed "SPARTAN-II". He is described (at the age of six) as a typical boy, having brown hair, freckles and a gap in between his two front teeth.

Well, he's not an alien or a woman. I don't see the point of revealing his face.

Nobody cares what guys look like.

if it was a chick, she'd be hot and everyone would want to see.

Master Chief vs Crash Bandicoot the age old question is answered

Well Mario needs some competition in that department...

About as likely as Gordan Freeman ever speaking.

I mean, they showed his face in books, but.. how exactly would we 'see' it? You 'read' his face. Its like clone troopers.. they grow up using real ammunition and such and all their friends get killed in test missions. :D
