does anyone else find internet explorer 7 a complete waste of time????/

i recentely upgraded IE mainly cus i was prompted to do so about 90 times and its the slowest thing ive ever seen, msg for its creators if something isnt broken dont try and fix it:O
 
in my opinion, IE is a crappy web browser and a waste of time thats why i use firefox

It looks nice, and it's becoming more FF-ish. I just use FF out of spite.
 
I like IE better than FF simply because of the Ctrl+O shortcut.
 
Firefox > Other browsers

Opera not included.
 
i hate ie7,ive gotten more pop ups then i did with IE6. i didnt even use ie7 at all.

IE may have become more Firefox-like but I see no reason to switch anymore. FF is just perfect for me and has nice easy accessible themes and addons. I can't believe though it took so long for them to add tabbed browsing to IE.
 
IE is irritating to use. It's slow, and now the interface is changed just enough to make navigation difficult because I am not used to it.
FF may be a memory hog, but I can live with that.
I've never used Opera.
 
IE7 dropped the saving of offline pages and added a crude zoom (have to use it at work). At home, I use Opera and love it.
 
My comp doesn't like IE7, it has a spaz attack everytime I try to open a browser, and it freezes.

Is there anyway of rolling back to IE6?

Are you kidding? IE6 was so broken and crappy it's not even funny.

Try to print a web page in IE6 and it's cut off and is junk.
Try to go through any of the standardized web tests and it will fail miserably.

Plus, it wasn't really upgraded in like 6 years due to lack of any real competition.

IE7 is still behind, but I have a feeling IE8 will get them back in the game.

FF > IE7 > IE6
