Does anyone else have problems with Catalyst control center?

When ever I try and start it, it just does nothing and try's to load but nothing happens then i go to try and run the wizard (whatever that is) it just has the annoying error noise and says:
"Catalyst Controlcenter desktop setup wizard failed"
Anyone else get this and anyone know of a way to fix it.
(I think I have the 4.12's but it happend on other driver versions as well)

W00T i managed to fix it, i just reinstalled .NET 1.1 framework thingy and it works or at least for now.

Still working, only just, had to start it about 3 times and then it worked.
