I remember I used to love this old cartoon, or rather, anime. I don?t remember lots of details but from what I can recall there were four main characters, 3 guys and one girl. The only one of the guys I can remember is a short guy who had orange armour and I think he had fire powers. I think the three guys could transform into powerful warriors too.
There is only one scene in the entire series I remember perfectly. They group arrive at a flying city and the previously mentioned fire guy has a new hat, which he won?t shut up about. He then proceeds to walk off the edge of the city, and in true cartoon form, not fall until he looks down and realises he?s hanging in mid-air. He manages to grab a hold of the edge and pull himself back up. He also, surprise surprise, loses the hat in the process.
I also remember some sort of super-samurai warrior in the show, who had a golden aura, I think. I?m not sure but I think he may have been the three main guys joined into one (or at least he was in one continuity).
I also remember the series really having two continuities (thus, the note above). What I mean is that the story seemed to be reset from one continuity to the other. It still had all the same main characters, but they met each other again and there were a few different things (For instance, I think the super-samurai in this one was evil, or something and the girl had a different role?I think. It?s all a bit hazy).
Er?I also seem to remember cards having something to do with their powers, but I think that may only have been in one/a few episodes, and not a major part of the series, but, as I said. It?s very hazy.
