Does HL2: Game of the year Edition include HL:S or not?

The package says it includes HL:S but when I install it everything's there available for playing but HL:S, the status says "Pre-load complete" and all I can get from the system is a "buy game" option. Is it really included or did Valve people put only the critical files required to run HL: DM S?

most likely its just hl:s your best off getting the halflife 1 original for a better experience.

I bought the HL, HL:OF and HL:BS bundle, but I was wondering if there's something wrong with my HL:S or it's just not really included in the HL2 Game of the Year edition.

it would just be the deathmatch but the only thing they added to it is water and new blood effects. everything else is the same but you wont have the same experience.
