Does the Ipod transfer cable work with Creative players?

Pretty self-explanatory. I have my Zen Vision: M 30GB but I left the transfer cable at my friend's place. My brothers both have Ipods so their transfer cables are lying around, and I want to get the new NIN album on my Zen. So I want to know if Ipod transfer cables are compatible with Zens. Google was no help, sadly
