I may be able to get an Athlon 64 (pretty much has to be under $200) I need the cpu as well as motherboard. I was going to go with a 2800+ and Socket 754 motherboard, but if this motherboard is Socket 939 compatible then I could get a Socket 939 Athlon 64 maybe even 90nm because it would be worth hitting $200 but I'm not sure what it means when it says "Flexible Socket 939 Upgrade Interface for Asrock Socket 939 board."

No it is a Socket 754.

Brand ASRock
Model K8Upgrade-1689
Supported CPU
CPU Socket Type Socket 754
CPU Type Athlon64/Sempron

So what exactly does Socket 939 upgradeable interface board mean?

I did go on google to find Asrock's site, I checked under the motherboard on the site and it didn't explain it.
