Dog and Advisors

Just so you no, Dog is not immune to advisors. He took them by surprise before and they didnt fight him as theyd probably never seen one of their own hurt and where a bit scared. He is not immune to them. They can crush barrels, rip up buildings and even disturb your mind. I doubt Dog (even as awesome as he is) could beat them in a face off.
 
Just so you no, Advisors powers are not limitless. They only seem to be able to control a certain amount of objects or lots of pieces of debri. They probably couldn't lift a 5 ton robot. They can only crush barrels, tear off loose pieces of roof and wall slabs and annoy you with funny colours and sounds. I doubt Advisors (even as awesome as they are) could bead D0g in a face off. I no this is a tad obvious but some people believe otherwise.

Why would we care anyway? Was there anyone who seriously wasn't trying to pull a weapon to have a go at the advisors? I was itching for a fight.

It's fine when people say things they believe. Or provide evidence to back things up. But when they think they're stating fact, which clearly isn't fact, but they believe is fact, it becomes annoying.
 
Na, I think we might see DOG rip the shit out of one in Episode 3, cause I doubt an Advisor will be able to lift an object that heavy while restraining other characters such as Alyx, Gordon and Mossman
 
or they could just pick something sharp and pointy and hurl it at him.

I mean it works for Gordon.
 
If Alyx is captured by the advisors I'm not even sure the good lord himself could stop dog from ripping each and everyone of them limb from limb.

Completely devoid of joints and/or limbs.

Unless you mean those metal arms. Which probably wouldn't hurt them too badly if they were forcefully removed.

GLaDOS isn't alive. Maybe copied on a CD or somewhere. Ok, back on the topic.
Doggy, should stand against a single Advisor. Not against a group of three or over. Maybe even with two, they can barely move Dog. And Dog's health is crazy high. If it'd get hurt, there could be a repair. Noone knows how to. It's full of Combine shit.
 
Hm, maybe have to pwn some scanners for a new dogface?
 
this is kinda off-topic but why does everyone keep referring to GLaDOS as 'she'? it's computer so you could use anything.

Just wondering.

She has a woman-like voice and a girl name (Glados), and the fact that she is voiced by a woman even further straightens why "we" call Glados "her."
 
well if she voiced by a woman that makes sense but glados isn't a woman's name.

no ones named glados.

Because GLaDOS almost sounds like Gladys. And she has a female voice. And she has the personality of a woman. So she's a machine... a dog is a dog, but it still has a gender.

An advisor opened the silo doors. You can tell because when you get to the switch to close the silos, crouch down and look out the hole in the window and you will see and advisor there who obviously opened the doors.
 
OOoor, someone else opened the doors and the advisor just arrived. The presence of someone does not lead to a certainty of an event.
